It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. Job Description: The Regional Head of Talent and DEI APAC (New Consumer Health Company)is responsible for the development and implementation of a regional talent and DEI strategy for APAC. They will ensure that our employees share a strong sense of belonging in a truly inclusive environment. This role will serve as the relationship builder to communicate the DEI strategy set by the leadership to the business leaders to help shape and implement New Consumer Health Company's vision of an inclusive community that embraces diversity. This will include an assessment of our current state, the creation of a roadmap for future programs and practices, and the execution of these plans as New Consumer Health Company continues to grow and scale at a rapid pace. The Regional Head of Talent and Diversity APAC will report directly to the Chief DEI & Talent Officer and will work collaboratively across all areas of the organization to educate, engage, and create momentum for Talent & DEI programming that drives positive business outcomes in a high growth environment. This role will be responsible for advising on the strategy and risk management associated with regional equal opportunity and local laws and regulations. The Regional Head of Talent and Diversity APAC will also support the compliance lead in helping New Consumer Health Company to adhere to external DEI laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, helping to manage New Consumer Health Company's DEI regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. The Regional Head of Talent and DEI APAC is expected to strengthen a diverse and inclusive culture within New Consumer Health Company by determining best practices for managing the relationship between the DEI function and the greater business. This individual will be a connector and listen to the needs of the business and identify how they can be integrated into the DEI strategy. This role will also identify, develop, and foster relationships with external thought leaders, and stakeholders. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience, including managerial experience coaching, and leading talent; minimum of 7 years of progressive HR or HR-related experience required Experience developing strategies and executing initiatives that drive measurable results within the context of the organization's talent and business strategy Knowledge and understanding of inclusion and diversity principles and best practices Advanced relationship-management experience and consulting skills, with an ability to influence, lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leadership Strong global mindset and cultural awareness to understand various global cultures, and knowledge of global diversity Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences from leadership to the entire organization Ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth organization Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process and implement continuous improvements to ensure consistency, efficiency, candidate engagement, and high levels of satisfaction Partner closely with key leaders and hiring managers to ensure the achievement of business objectives through the hiring of diverse top talent across all teams Partner with leaders to establish annual and/or quarterly headcount and hiring goals Set, manage, and widely report progress against annual and quarterly KPIs for Talent Acquisition with particular focus on DEI goals Design and develop interview and other training opportunities Support continuous improvement in our candidate experience and on-boarding of new hires Co-lead the development of employer branding effort – defining and building key strategies, messages, media channels, and collateral Work with key leaders and hiring managers to regularly iterate on existing processes and/or innovate to create new approaches based on the changing landscape, workforce composition, and business needs Must have strong organizational skills and an ability to handle, track, and execute multiple priorities Highly motivated, with a willingness to acquire new skills and the ability to learn quickly Detail-oriented, good documentation practices, technical writing, and verbal communication skills Possess problem-solving and analytical skills and be an independent and creative thinker Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment Interpersonal and leadership skills to work with teams in different functions and organizations Primary Location Singapore-Singapore-Singapore- Organization Johnson & Johnson Pte.
