HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE – TALENT CLOUD We seek an experienced HR professional to join our Pune office. The Human Resources Associate – Talent Cloud provides direct HR support to our India Contingent Workforce and coordinates operational and reporting support to meet current and future business needs within the global HR organization. The HR Associate – Talent Cloud reports to the Regional Program Lead. Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for day-to-day support of assigned contingent workforce population, including but not limited to: all stages of contingent worker life cycle (onboarding, contract extensions, conversions to permanent status and termination), policy advisement and compliance; Maintain Beeline (VMS) system; ensure accuracy and timely editing of contingent workforce records; Be a super user of the Beeline system, including but not limited to: addressing all user questions (suppliers, contingent workers, hiring manager, etc.), weekly time entry approver (as required), and liaison between enterprise teams and systems; Foster and maintain positive relationships with contingent workforce and hiring managers in assigned population; Advise contingent workforce and hiring managers on various Talent Cloud Program matters – explain programs, interpret policies, and encourage personal development; Partner with Talent Cloud Program Lead, business leaders, procurement, legal and other finance, and HR functions to act as a change agent for key initiatives and programs (talent marketplace initiatives, training requirements, etc.); Facilitate exit interviews with contractors and solicit feedback from hiring managers, route feedback for process improvements; Stay abreast of current Contingent Workforce, HR trends and employment law. Qualifications: BS in HR or related field with strong record of academic achievement, advanced degree preferred; Up to 3 years of human resources experience with demonstrated experience in the scope of this role (professional services experience strongly preferred); Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), HRIS experience desired, SAP preferred; Demonstrated initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment; Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees; Proven collaborative skills with the ability to provide value added consultative service; Strong attention to detail and analytic ability; Strong project management and communication skills; Sense of humor appreciated.
