As a Halliburton Compensation Supervisor, your job is to provide leadership and expertise in the design and redesign of compensation procedures to ensure those programs are in line with Halliburton business strategies. You develop and coordinate implementation of programs that ensure pay levels are competitive. You monitor compensation packages globally to ensure timely delivery of services. You must also keep up with current trends and innovations in compensation management. The successful candidate should have a bachelor&
39;s degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline, certification as a Compensation Profession and minimum of five years experience.<br />
