We are hiring the best talent for a TRAINING COORDINATOR to be located in Santiago de Chile (Relocation Not Applicable). General Summary The Training Coordinator position has the responsibilities of organizing all resources and implementing local trainings focused on Trauma, Joints, Spine and CMF, according to the regional strategy. This role works mainly with local Marketing and Sales team, and it is connected with the Commercial Education Manager plan of each specialty, supporting the knowledge growth of the sales team in Chile. Reports to the Regional Commercial Education Manager. Duties & Responsibilities Implement annual commercial education plans according to the regional strategy Deliver regional and local clinical, product and specialty trainings supporting the educational needs. Deliver Distributors training and implement education processes / new tools. Design / update educational curriculums to be implemented through efficient training delivery methods (F2F – in classroom / hands on / role plays / gaming). Be accountable for all processes related to the trainings: event, copy review, copy approval, surveys, and metrics. Coordinate and lead all the needed support for the trainings: Alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Faculty agreements, materials for hands-on, facilities, etc. Plan and coordinate field coaching to ensure application of theoretical knowledge. Deploy minimum global standards of proficiency requirements, according to learning journeys established by sales roles, with pre-defined tracking methods and tools. Understand and communicate the KPIs (Key performance indicators) and its results for each platform, making necessary adjustments in the planning and execution process according to those results. Budget planning and controlling of its area of responsibilities. Talent Management Establish relationships with all the business areas such as Sales Force, Marketing, HCC, Regulatory Affairs, HEMA, Profed, finance stakeholders in Chile and Peru. Support the development of the Regional Commed strategy, being accountable for all local processes with focus on excellence. Qualifications Qualifications University / Bachelor’s Degree. At least 3 years in Sales or Marketing roles with high level of orthopedic product knowledge (Trauma, Joints, Spine). Training abilities. Knowledge / Experience of Medical Devices Market is required. English intermediate. Collaborative, team-player, ability to influence without authority across – can interact with large sales field force and prioritize key zones.
