Rewards Benefit Analyst Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Rewards Benefits Analyst in our Monterrey Mexico location. Administer benefits programs, including employee assistance program, flexible benefits, annual physicals, and employee automobile insurance at the country level. Interpret and implement policies and procedures while ensuring compliance in plan and with local laws. Lead Annual Enrollment activities with vendors, communications, system testing, and employee support. Participate in merger and acquisition integration for benefit harmonization. Create communication materials and campaigns to keep employees and management updated on plan changes, enrollment periods, and the general content of all benefit programs. Broker and advise on employee escalations Manage vendor relationships, payment processing, and service level accountability. Strong partnership and project management skills are required. Support global offers and programs such as employee stock ownership plan, salary review, and other ad hoc requests. Qualifications Qualifications bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience supporting Mexico benefits and vendor management Strong analytic ability Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Attention to detail, well organized, customer service oriented Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can drive continuous improvements Communicate to all levels of the organization (front line employees to executives) Schedule: Full-time Req: 007RQ3
