This position is ideally located in PA/NJ; but if not based there will need to work primarily eastern standard time and will need to be able to travel to New Brunswick, NJ as needed. The Global A2R Director will be responsible for coordination and orchestration of the CFIN close process, and design and deployment of Standard A2R processes for the CFIN Close and the new consolidation tool. This role is part of the Close Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) workstream under the SigniFi Program.,. SigniFi is our Finance Transformation program, and this person will have a leadership role in that transformation. Responsibilities: As the process lead for CFIN Close Orchestration, this role will work across CFIN, EPM and with other GPOs to ensure that we have an integrated approach to creating and all process documentation necessary, as we continue to advance our close capabilities leveraging CFIN They and their team will be responsible for identifying and creating all new A2R process documents and integrating all areas of process for those necessary to complete the close in CFIN He/she will be responsible for partnering to define and design new processes, and document and test them in coordination with the CFIN deployment teams They will also partner across EPM workstreams, including working with the Compliance and other GPOs to ensure impacts of CFIN deployment are well understood, where necessary integrated into other CCER workstreams Success in this role includes planning and orchestrating our CFIN Close processes and creating simplified and standardized A2R processes to ensure continued advancement of our CFIN Solution, while also coordinating across in flight CFIN deployment teams He/she will need strong influencing and negotiating skills to reach aligned outcomes The Global A2R Director will have the ability to interact with numerous senior leaders through in-person meetings, and presentations; this will give them the ability to hone their collaborative and presentation skills while building a reputation as a trusted advisor and champion for Project SigniFi He/she will also use their core understanding of the CFIN close process and consistently drive the organization toward transformational change They will directly lead a team of 5 Finance professionals, will indirectly lead a global team of both J&J and external partners supporting the Program Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience is required Prior people management experience required, and strong track record of people development experience and outcomes Knowledge of general finance and accounting processes is required Prior experience managing portfolios and project management is strongly preferred Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office are required Experience identifying and selecting technology systems as related to process improvement and standardization preferred Experienced professional with ability to influence and effectively communicate with senior management required Ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges and recommend alternate options Collaborative style and able to work effectively in a matrix organization Other: Up to 25% international travel may be required At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
