Our project quality team are responsible for delivering all aspects of quality for the design, development and delivery teams.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Quality Project Specialist / Inspection Co-ordinator, the role will include management & co-ordination of inspection activities at Baker Hughes Newcastle facility. Primary interface will be with Manufacturing /Client/ 3rd party / certifying authority representatives.<br><br>As a Quality Project Specialist / Inspection Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Arranging & monitoring client / 3rd party inspection activities for the Newcastle facility.</li><li>Generating required documentation to support on-site inspection / offsite activities.</li><li>Managing Inspection Matrix (inspection points, distribution lists).</li><li>Communicating plan with internal and external parties to achieve schedule demands.</li><li>Seeking to resolve issues, escalating to the Quality and Project teams where required.</li><li>Interfacing externally with Customer/Third Party/Certifying Authority representatives as required, for Project Team activities.</li><li>Liaising internally with the Project Managers, Project Engineers and Quality Engineers to support schedule execution.</li><li>Ensuring client inspectors have been inducted, obtained correct permits.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a minimum High School education with sound written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Have computer competency in Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Be articulate, confident and able to work as part of a team</li><li>Have a flexible attitude and proactive approach coupled with high quality customer service</li><li>Have the ability to use own initiative in prioritizing workload</li><li>Have problem solving skills</li><li>Have the ability to perform under pressure to deadlines without compromising standards</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
