HR Process Specialist (Korean speaking)

<b>Are you passionate about being part of a successful team?</b><br><br><b>Are you passionate about Human Resource Operations?</b><br><br><b>Join our Human Capital & Technology Team</b><br><br>Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a HR Process Specialist (Korean speaking), you're responsible to build consistent implementation and measurement of HR processes, practices and guidelines. You'll partner with other HR functional team to manage business processes and propose improvements required by operations. You'll be heavily involved in our HR Transformation program<br><br>As a HR Process Specialist (Korean speaking), you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Developing and maintaining technical communications, mainly process flows, requirements of documents, standard operating procedures, and application guides to enable implementation of business processes.<br></li><li>Maintaining online content with existing SMEs, including coordinating, updating and maintaining user interfaces, documenting processes and policies.<br></li><li>Completing HR Process Framework and Library while identifying risks and areas for improvement.<br></li><li>Participating in projects with global and local stakeholders across businesses within the company.<br></li><li>Executing UAT and UX in order to gather feedback from user groups and coordinate design changes with relevant parties involved.<br></li><li>Maintaining hyper-care and monitoring end-user feedback on process changes and systems development efforts to facilitate continuous improvement of SOPs and documentation.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have associate's degree in a computer-related discipline, education, human resources or related field.<br></li><li>Have two years of experience documenting, and supporting business processes.<br></li><li>Have knowledge of Operational Excellence, business processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to human resources.<br></li><li>Have basic knowledge and experience in Korea regulatory requirement.<br></li><li>Have good effective communication skills and able to maintain a good relationship with different stakeholders.<br></li><li>Have excellent writing skills translating practices, steps and inquiries into easily consumable content.<br></li><li>Have ability to create and apply templates using software tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint/Teams, and Visio.<br></li><li>Able to read, written and speak in Korea and English.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
