39;s code of ethics and business conduct.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><br><br><p><b><u>Job Requirements and Preferences</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b><u>Basic Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Degree Required</b><span>:</span><br /><span>High School Diploma</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>:</span><br /><span>2 year(s)</span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Degree Preferred</b><span>:</span><br /><span>Bachelor Degree</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>:</span></p><p>Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in human resources policies and practices and team member, including, but not limited to, the following areas: </p><ul><li>Analyzing forecasted hours to actual reported hours on on a weekly basis and contact staff to resolve hours discrepancies;</li><li>Contacting staff regarding TalentLink profile upkeep and maintenance;</li><li>Possessing experience with identifying and replacing L&D instructors;</li><li>Collaborating with staff on mandatory L&D assignments and reflecting training commitments in TalentLink schedules;</li><li>Validating that required/milestone trainings are embedded and reflected in schedule;</li><li>Identifying client service partners and staff who attend campus & experienced recruiting events;</li><li>Analyzing Snapshot dashboard to identify development needs, areas of strength; </li><li>Escalating issues such as extreme non-compliance to Talent Consultants;</li><li>Analyzing and identifying any trends and issues and raise them to Talent Consultant/Deployment Consultant such as tier/differentiator trends and utilization trends;</li><li>Supporting diversity initiatives;</li><li>Participating in LDE activities, including CRT preparation, talent review/succession planning, mid-year check in, compensation planning;</li><li>Managing applicable Workday transactions;</li><li>Participating on staffing calls with the business and Deployment Consultants;</li><li>Generating and/or reviewing reports for utilization, forecast to actual and availability;</li><li>Providing recommendation of trends to Deployment Consultant;</li><li>Analyzing utilization on a weekly basis as well as proactively monitoring and reporting on available staff;</li><li>Supporting the Deployment Consultants on decisions made on campus deployment processes and confirming first assignments;</li><li>Staffing internally for mandatory L&D assignment;</li><li>Identifying and replacing L&D instructors;</li><li>Identifying client service partners and staff to attend campus & experienced recruiting events as well as managing registration where needed;</li><li>Analyzing Coach/RP/Leader assignments in coordination with Talent Consultant;</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility while rotating in roles across different areas of the firm; and,</li><li>Developing knowledge of current and emerging human capital technology trends and experience innovating with new HC technology tools.</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
