You will also provide coaching, HR Process expertise as well as other general HR activities as needed for the business. You will be viewed as the expert for Human Resources by your team and colleagues.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Partnering with leadership to develop and execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals<br></li><li>Providing guidance to functional management and/or business functions on approaches, projects and programs affecting the business and ways of working<br></li><li>Handling communications with direct colleagues and the business regarding the means for solving complex problems<br></li><li>Lead projects to support business or functional HR priorities to enable culture development or efficiencies<br></li><li>Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field<br></li><li>Supporting a full range of HR needs including business partnership and employee support.<br></li><li>Supporting other legal entities in Germany in HR matters on an as-needed basis<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have graduated with a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college in a related business focus to Human Resources<br></li><li>Have a demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnership, including the scope of similar long-term projects or programs<br></li><li>Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills<br></li><li>Have a practiced understanding and expertise in NAM HR laws<br></li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills<br></li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<br></li><li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams<br></li><li>Proven analytical and organizational ability<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
