Lead Technical HSE Engineer / Design Safety Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for Principal THSE Engineers <br><ul><li> Carry out THSE work and related activities as assigned in project </li><li> Prepare the THSE deliverables as assigned in project </li><li> Assist other disciplines in accordance with Project requirements </li><li> Participate in design review meetings in accordance with Project requirements </li><li> Ensure Safety by Design is applied on projects </li><li> Provide technical and administrative support to the safety by design, loss prevention, and design assurance activities </li><li> Liaise with internal and external clients, and other stakeholders as assigned </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering or related fields </li><li> Minimum 15 years' experience in Petrochemical, Refinery or Oil & Gas sectors </li><li> E xperience in process safety or technical safety engineer. </li><li> Good knowledge in loss prevention, process safety and process hazard analysis such as HAZID review, HAZOP study, SIL determination </li><li> Good interpersonal skills and team player </li><li> Good command of English </li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
