Enterprise R&D FP&A, Senior Financial Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Enterprise R&D FP&A, Senior Financial Analyst. This position has a preferred location in New Brunswick, NJ but the team is spread across multiple J&J sites and consideration will be granted for Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA as well. Most of the team is concentrated in New Brunswick, NJ, and travel to the site on occasion will be required. The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for providing financial consolidations support for Enterprise R&D, including J&J Innovation. Key Responsibilities: Partnering globally with the Enterprise R&D Finance and JJI Finance teams to lead the consolidation and reporting of financial results including: Development and socialization of standard calendars, templates, and processes Integration of system and process changes in line with SigniFi initiatives Responsibility for executing financial close processes including partnership with Enterprise R&D/JJI finance teams, Global Services, Corporate Consolidations, and senior Finance leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results with well-framed budget vs actual analyses Lead all forecasting cycle consolidation processes, including Long Range Financial Plan Global Finance functional consolidation and reporting across JJI, JBD, and Enterprise R&D Lead all headcount and capital reporting activities including monthly headcount reconciliation and tracking, quarter close variance analysis, and SOX commentary Support of compliance activities and reporting to Corporate/Global Services teams; ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant results reporting Serving as a key partner to the JJI CFO and Sr. Director on the development of actual and forecast reporting packages for leadership reviews Support of ad hoc requests including analytics and reporting Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. An MBA and/or CPA, CMA or other advanced certifications are preferred. A minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance experience is required. Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills with a compliance mindset, required. Strong accounting and internal controls experience are preferred. Experienced professional with an ability to work independently, engage with teams, and interact with senior management is required. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to influence change and implement operational improvements is required.
