Position Title: HDS Learning Developer Function/Group: GSS/HRSS/LMS & Learning Shift : 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (IST) shift Job Overview: This is a specialized technical role in e-Learning content development and LMS administration area. HDS Learning Developer is expected to: Provide consultation to SME’s on a range of effective learning solutions using the cloud-based content developer tools. (or any content building tools) Support course development and deployment. Design rapid e-learning, gamification modules with interactions adhering to the standards. Content translations and review within country reviewers Provide troubleshooting support for eLearning modules, and the cloud based LMS Administration for the cloud based LMS platform. (If required) Custom Reporting on learning data whenever required. Works in collaboration with the HDS LMS Specialist, vendor partners, Regional Training Managers (RTM) and internal SME’s to produce a range of effective, high quality and innovative learning experiences. Job Responsibilities: 70% of time : Content creation, Maintenance of Learning modules: Ensure timelines are met as per the estimated project completion Perform the required updates, edits and functionality tests for the Learning Modules Stay connected with learning trends and technology in other organizations Creation of demos to educate SME’s on technology features. Support the queries/requests regarding LMS Archive courses as they expire. Haagen-Dazs Shops LMS Administration: (Backup) User and access management in case of needed Troubleshooting and support Content deployment and assignment Weekly/Monthly reporting Dashboard management 25% of time : Manage Internal Clients: Work in close collaboration with the HDS LMS Specialist to keep project on track Provide timely updates to HDS LMS specialist about the ongoing projects and deliverables. proactively resolve issues Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation towards SME’s & stakeholders Highlight and manage potential risks to project deliveries and timelines Manage External Partnerships: Address end-user support issues with vendors systems and raise support tickets Build a trusting and effective relationship with vendors partners 5% of time : Service Excellence: Be the go-to person for information and guidance on content development and support Maintain and update related process documentations for training and business continuity Drive process improvement through Continuous Improvement tools Identify & share best practices across other teams, internal clients, and vendors Perform activities with metrics focus Desired Profile: Education: Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Major Area of Study: Programming knowledge preferred Required Professional Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in training & Development or, Computer Science or Graphic Design or related field Experience: Minimum years of related experience required : 3 -4 years of demonstrated success creating effective e-learning are required Preferred years of related experience:3-4 years of demonstrated success creating effective e-learning are required ,1-2 years of demonstrated success in handling LMS system administration Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English, are required. Attentive listening skills and attention to detail are necessary to be effective in this role. Ability to partner with peers and project team members and demonstrate collaborative and effective teamwork. Working experience on any LMS would be preferable.
