As the charity approaches their 200th anniversary, the Major Donor team is growing, and we have two fantastic opportunities for experienced and ambitious Major Donor Leads to be part of this new era in fundraising at this charity. They work hard to ensure that all animals are free from pain and suffering - and live a good life. Through their campaigns they raise standards of care, and awareness of issues affecting animals today.</p><p>As Major Donor Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring this charity continues to protect animals on farms, in labs, in the wild, in paddocks or our homes. Following a period of change, the team is now growing, with the systems and processes in place to ensure future major donor fundraising success.</p><p>You will build a strong and sustainable major donor prospect pipeline. Leading this charities new business development from high net worth (£50K+) individuals and charitable trusts, identifying warm and cold prospects, attracting six and seven figure gifts in support of the Society's strategic goals for animal welfare.</p><p>If you have personal experience of securing gifts of £1m+ and working with senior influencers and prospect researchers to generate and qualify major donor leads then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p>You'll be an exceptional communicator and an ambitious self-starter with experience of managing a diverse portfolio of prospects, including complex relationships with individuals and trusts and foundations. You'll have a successful track record of building enduring relationships and developing committed major donor supporters.
