<p>Basic Function &amp; Scope:</p>

<p>Management and administration of Training Technology Transfer and Scholarship Fund (TTSF) as per DPSC. Management, development and implementation of competency based graduate development programs. Management and implementation of Iraqization strategy in line with- business objectives. Provide support, delivery of training, coaching and mentoring to company personnel.</p>

<p>Relevant Degree<br />
Candidate must have <strong>8 years&
39;</strong> relevant work experience with in upstream onshore Production and Operation.<br />
Should be an effective communicator<u>(Fluency in English/Arabic).</u></p>
