Talent Solutions - Recruitment Process In-sourcing Team Leader

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization located in Paranaque City, Philippines. This role will be part of J&J's Talent Acquisition Solutions - Recruitment Process In-sourcing (RPI) Team. We are a team of full-cycle recruiters that handles volume recruitment roles supported by Global Services hubs, and provide support on contract conversions and other Talent Acquisition events that may arise. Our team plays a key role in the delivery and execution of our recruitment strategies. Our initiatives will enable the recruitment of exceptional talents for J&J! As a Player-Coach, you will lead an impactful team delivering talent acquisition support. Ensure our RPI recruiters have the right tools to implement our recruitment activities across different disciples. This will be a crucial resource to ensure our team meets our strategic hiring objectives! You will advocate for outstanding candidate experience. Assure the attraction and acquisition of high-caliber talents for J&J across the region. You will collaborate with highly engaged and committed hiring managers across the globe in recruiting for critical leadership roles. We will equip you with modern recruiting technologies to locate and engage prospective candidates more efficiently. You will be trusted to maintain confidentiality. Operate with poise and integrity in a sophisticated, high-profile, and vibrant environment! While you gain market knowledge within your business area, you are encouraged to handle talent data and translate it into our talent story with external elements like market data and insights. In this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to collaborate with Hiring Leaders to be responsible for the relationship with senior leaders across J&J. Provide talent acquisition insights to meet our volume-based business hiring goals! You will act as the first-level point of contact for critical issues, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed. Ensuring the team's data integrity through accurate and timely providing all candidate information in the recruitment technology is part of your role. You will generate ideas, champion, and implement a continuous improvement mentality. Empower the team to identify and pursue process efficiency opportunities! Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field At least 7+ years of meaningful professional experience in volume, end-to-end talent acquisition processes in outsourcing, shared services, or similar model. Minimum 2 years experience leading, mentoring, and running a highly skilled team of talent acquisition professionals. Demonstrable track record in strategic talent sourcing and recruiting. Using new technologies as well as external digital platforms (ie LinkedIn, social media recruiting, search engines) to build and implement sourcing strategies (talent identification, targeted emails and social campaigns) to prioritize multiple projects. Demonstrable track record of building balanced candidate pipelines and developing significant prospect/candidate relationships. Possess strong curiosity to understand J&J's long-term and short-term strategies; focusing on assigned service level strengths and challenges. Must have the ability to work optimally in an agile environment, embrace new technologies, and handle multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities. Ability to establish a culture passionate about speed, accountability, and continuous improvement while building employee-centric repeatable, and sustainable processes required.
