Job Overview In this position, you will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, identifying high potential companies to join the partner community, and educating them on iCIMS products and tools. You will also work closely with Partner Relationship Managers to connect them with the right partner and develop a successful onboarding plan and smooth hand-off experience. Responsibilities The Partner Development Specialist identifies, engages, and signs new partners by analyzing incoming applications or proactively identifying new prospective partners through outreach sales activities such as events, conferences, and online channels. Brings prospective partners through the full partner acquisition lifecycle, from initial conversations, to contracting, through onboarding and into an active status in the iCIMS Partner Ecosystem. Educates prospective partners on iCIMS’ value proposition, differentiators, product offerings, and, most importantly, the iCIMS Partner Programs. Confidently conveys the iCIMS vision for an industry-leading partner ecosystem and how being part of that ecosystem benefits the prospective partner. Assists in developing and updating presentations, collateral and other tools required to acquire and onboard new partners. Engages relationship managers, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional groups as needed during the onboarding process. Identifies and delivers partner agreements where appropriate. Provides primer on technical integrations (when applicable) so the prospect partner is aware of the sandbox environment and integration process. Tracks all activity and schedules in Salesforce as well as project-management tools, and acts as a process specialist for all new partners. Supports a small pool of partner accounts that do not require a designated relationship manager. Provides weekly and monthly updates to iCIMS Partner Team leadership. Assists in the creation and management of reports related to the sales production and opportunities from new partners. Supports 75/25 percent of inbound and outbound partnership efforts, respectively. 25% travel. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role. Ability to develop and grow strategic relationships at multiple levels within the customer or partner organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Exceptional attention to detail and time management recommended. Strong project-management skills a plus. Comfortable building relationships and working across functions and departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com) needed. Experience in software and/or SaaS sales lifecycle a plus. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $65,000-$108,300 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
