Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply, marketing, catman, perfect store) to solve business problems. - Lead cross-functional processes Gap Closing, HPP, Out Skus Forums & modernize/improve - Operational adgenda: npd, rotation, relaunch issue - Mitigate w-offs through x-functional tools - Quotas management - Other projects cross-category projects: CIM etc Требования: 4+ years of experience in FMCG (sales, finance, planning, analytics). Strong understanding of key strategic and operational category management processes. Knowledge of P&L, analytics, and statistics. Experience working in a matrix organization and in cross‑functional collaboration. Understanding of digital technologies and analytical tools. English proficiency at Intermediate level.
