Bezproblémový chod a poriadok recepcie, ako aj všetkých kancelárskych priestorov spoločnosti. Prijímate návštevy, vybavujete telefonáty a poštu a poskytujete všeobecné informácie zamestnancom a zákazníkom. Konkrétne: • Zabezpečenie vybavenia, poriadku a čistoty v kancelárskych priestoroch, vrátanie zasadacích a školiacich miestností a kuchyniek, rezervácií rokovacích miestností • Preberáte a prepájate všetky telefonáty prichádzajúce na pobočku, odkazy, prijímate návštevy a poskytujete im občerstvenie • Objednávate kancelárske vybavenie (kancelárske potreby, občerstvenie do kuchyniek a pod.) • Evidujete hlásenia zamestnancov o nedostatkoch a poruchách v kancelárskych priestoroch a vybavujete ich vyriešenie • Evidencia o firemnej korešpondencii – elektronická kniha pošty, zásielky od kuriérskej služby, distribúcia došlej pošty • Podieľate sa na organizovaní a príprave firemných eventov (vianočný večierok, Dni zdravia a pod....) • Nahrávate do systému faktúry a spravujete systém objednávok • Vypomáhate s administráciou a správou vozového parku • Zabezpečujete rezervácie hotelov, leteniek a taxi služieb • Zabezpečujete organizáciu masáží pre zamestnancov • Vypomáhate s aktivitami, ktoré súvisia s office priestormi (napr. výmena/sťahovanie nábytku, vybavenia kuchyniek, kvety, nástenky, príprava prac. stola pri nástupe a výstupe zamestnanca...) • Ďalšie úlohy podľa inštrukcií a potrieb spoločnosti na základe pokynov nadriadeného Ponúkame: * Zaujímavú a pestrú prácu v špičkovej nadnárodnej technologickej spoločnosti. * Príležitosť získať praktické skúsenosti z prostredia veľkej spoločnosti * Pracovisko na pobočke Schneider Electric Slovakia s.r.o. v centere Bratislavy * Multisport kartu Koho hľadáme?
