Our Demo Engineer has a key role in helping prospects and customers unlock their full potential in their efforts to attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent. In this role, you’ll leverage your passion and knowledge of building ideal demonstration experiences to showcase the iCIMS Talent Cloud. We’ll provide training on the Talent Cloud products allowing you to illustrate our story of simplicity, seamless integration and ease-of-use to prospects and customers. You’ll own rolling out changes to the demo environment from release updates, partner with our Product organization to drive a roadmap for demo site improvements and coordinating with our Labs teams to enhance the technical demo site solution. An ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, and able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively. You are a self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions. You demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and creativity when solving complex issues. You understand excellence in customer service and exhibit behaviors in your work. This will be a remote opportunity based in the UK, Ireland or France with limited travel to the office in London, Dublin or Paris. Responsibilities Partner with Solution Consultants, Product Marketing and Labs to align on demo site strategy and vision Design, support and maintain demonstration environments & scripts that showcase the differentiated value of iCIMS Talent Cloud Gather, analyze and synthesize Talent product & market information and trends to continuously enhance demo content Drive projects to ensure coordination and completion on time and within scope Identify and lead process improvement opportunities and recommend changes that help to gain operational efficiencies Assist with technical discussions around integrations and data migrations Configure the system to assist with Enterprise demos Qualifications Demonstrated ability and technical know-how to configure sites, set-up integrations, trouble-shoot issues, and drive initiatives or issues to resolution with technical resources. Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments, and cross-functional groups. Innovative, self-starter. Achieve deliverables on time Extremely passionate and enthusiastic towards the product and our mission.
