Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager of the Mount Sinai Elmhurst Faculty Practice Group,  assist with the enrollment of  physicians with the various payors. Maintains One App datasbase and credential files. Works on data entry projects and other projects as directed by Administrative Manager.  Assists with all customer care and customer service issues when needed. 

1. Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager assists with the Medicaid enrollment and maintains files .
2. Assist with Medicare enrollment and maintenance file requests.
3. Submits updated licenses and deas as requested by payor.
4. Maintains and updates One App Pro with physician information.
5. Maintains and updates CAQH for all FPG providers.
6. Maintains inventory file and pulls requested signature pages.
7. Assist with clean up of Charge Review workqueues as reviewed to resolve any enrollment related issues that may cause charge lag. 
8. Assist with clean up projects for Claim Edit holds are placed for providers pending certification with Medicaid for electronic billing, and Follow Up work queues are monitored for enrollment denials.  Supplies additional information as requested from third party carrier.
9. Coordinates epaces enrollment and gives access to the provider listing for billing vendor use. 
10. Manages One App folder organization and filing format.
11.  Provide excellent customer service, answers calls, and assists patients.
12. Performs other related duties that are required by the ongoing development of the Faculty Practice Group.

1. Requires a level of understanding that is obtained or acquired through the completion of a High School Diploma. 
2. Knowledge of and familiarity with third party carriers.
3. Ability to use computer.  Average dexterity and knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft, Excel, etc., etc.
4. Ability to utilize Epic software.
