Site Name: China - Beijing - ChaoYang District - Ocean International Centre - Tower A Posted Date: Jan 29 2023 Role Purpose 职位目标: 定期拜访中央卫健委、疾控局、药监局等关键决策部门,深入而准确地了解关键客户对政策制定的目的与意图,结合公司业务发展目标进行政策分析、合作项目涉及与管理,协调组织公司跨部门内部沟通,进行决策,进而保障公司业务正向发展。在公司有需求时,做好相关危机处理工作,树立公司正面形象。 Responsibilities 主要工作职责: 与相关方建立和维护专业的合作关系,支持公司决策并倡导有益的营商环境 按需维护利益相关方架构和信息,确保信息及时准确。 根据公司的策略,制定对于所负责的中央政府机关利益相关者的拜访计划,并按时拜访,了解政策动向,并传递核心信息。 与国家药监局、疾控局、卫健委、以及工信部科技部等相关部门建立和发展专业合作,树立良好的公司形象。 为公司管理层和跨部门提供政策分析,支持公司决策。 支持公司的高层拜访。 开展跨部门合作,制定危机管理计划,确保公司疫苗产品在中国的业务顺利开展。 定期参与行业交流,熟悉疫苗市场发展动向。 个人能力培养与发展,专业知识与技能提升 针对政府事务工作职能需求,寻求内外部培训资源,持续提高政策敏感度&政策分析能力; 内部组织分享政策倡导与项目管理经典案例,总结分析成功&失败的因素,逐步提高政府事务专业能力。 Qualifications/Requirements: 申请资格 / 职位要求: 大学本科或以上, 医药或公共卫生相关专业优先; 5年及以上政府部门或疫苗行业相关工作经验; 技能: 良好的沟通和口头表达能力,较强的政策解读和分析能力,策略思维,常用办公软件的熟练运用; 有较强的主人翁精神,勇于面对挑战,善于团队合作; 良好的英语阅读书写能力。 GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
