Our Early Careers Programs are rotational, the Early Careers Manager will collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure that our colleagues receive excellent training and gain meaningful experience on each rotation. The Impact: Shaping the future leaders of S&P Commodity Insights, by providing a robust framework which provides exposure across various teams, as well as the encouragement of the development of strong internal networks. By setting key milestones that are transparent to the business and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the regional leadership team, the Early Careers Managers will play a key role in supporting the future of the Commodity Insights organisation. What’s in it for you: You will work closely with the Regional Leadership teams from recruitment through to permanent placement of our program participants. You will gain a unique insight into the strategy for each region and will ensure that the programs are aligned with the business needs within the region. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Learning and Development Team to ensure relevant and challenging learning interventions are in place. By setting clear milestones, and providing them with stretch opportunities, you will be integral to individual growth and development across your cohort. You will be part of a positive and proactive team who support each other to succeed. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire suitable candidates based on the business requirement across each region Oversee and execute on the initial onboarding training programme to ensure base line knowledge level in preparation for rotations. Source or design, deliver and organise appropriate training courses for graduates and apprentices across the business lines Conduct regular coaching sessions with each individual program participant in your region to understand interests, strengths, and opportunities for development Oversee framework of rotations to ensure a consistently high-quality experience with regards to projects, responsibilities, and learning. Provide comprehensive and concise cadence to key stakeholders across the business. Facilitate in network building across the business.
