They are also responsible for daily (individual and team) performance metrics in sales and monitoring actuals-to-plan. They will finalize purchases, trade-ins, sales agreements and contracts. They handle training, managing and motivating a team of Car Sales Representatives, as well as promoting the dealership, its values and its products/services. The Assistant Car Sales Store Manager must have strong closing skills in order to maximize sales. Qualifications: Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills are a must. Multi-tasking is required. Excellent written and spoken communication. Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience. Previous management experience is preferred. All employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check.
