The position holder will support the Backoffice operations of the Distribution Center. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who has attention to detail, self-motivation, and an unwavering determination to succeed. Responsibilities: Preparation of packing lists and delivery numbers Label printing for mixed boxes by code (description, quantity, production lot) Delivery completion check Creation of discrepancy reports in case of disputes Order waving depending on the type of order (saleable, advertising, sampling) Prioritizing orders based on needs Estimation of daily loading volume per destination and corresponding communication with the carrier to ensure daily loading. Check completion of order execution and shipment creation Invoicing Cycle inventory counts in case of customer claims Participate in full cycle counts and data entry. Qualifications Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Supply /Logistics field. Experience with WMS systems, preferably SAP, will be considered an asset. At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse operations. Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Good oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement.
