An amazing Primary School based in Islington are seeking a Year 6 Teaching Assistant.

The Teaching Assistant position:

• Be enthusiastic and motivating for students
• Capable of assisting students on a 1:1 or group basis
• Shadow the Teacher - learn hands on
• Organise activities - be confident supervising students
• Gather resources for activities - arrange, set up and deliver

The Graduate for this Primary Teaching Assistant role

• Reliable
• Committed
• Happy to travel to Islington
• Strong academic background in MATHS or ENGLISH - GCSE's & A-Levels
• Graduate in Maths or English (ideally)
• Previous experience with children - voluntary or paid - overseas, youth, tutoring etc.
• Seeking a full time position to start January
• Looking to teach in the future - extend experience and then apply for teacher training in September '20.
