Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough level abilities with, and a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
Supporting the Workday Accounting Center workstream with experience in at least three full Workday implementations;
Supporting discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements;
Translating business needs into Workday configuration elements;
Supporting functional discovery, design sessions, and related touchpoints with other Workday modules;
Configuring and customizing the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirements;
Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
Providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
