PBNA $19.17 per hour Wage: $19.17 per hour Part-Time hours, Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Day Shift (06:30am - 02:30pm) The Warehouse Utility Associate will be responsible to perform limited (75%) office functions to ensure smooth operation of shipping, receiving, communication, and reporting. Communicate effectively with business partners and customers. Additionally, they will spent their majority of their time (25%) supporting the warehouse operations team by conducting cycle counts, loading, picking, and inbounding. Product put away according to warehouse plan Pick order Concentrate -- utilize SAP R/F gun to pick order according to FEFO, complete pallets, complete truck. Load truck if directed Execute M&W tasks Detailed knowledge of M&W measures and procedures Follow guidelines to ensure clean, orderly, visualized workplace Ensure timely and accurate reporting of measure data to Team Lead Perform operator maintenance on non-highway equipment Conduct pre-trip forklift inspection, note and report discrepancies. Operate equipment safely store and recharge according to DC procedure Material handling, warehouse best practices Eight to ten hour shift includes repetitive heavy lifting and machine operation. Support continuous clean operations and good warehousing practices Compliance with all HSE rules and procedures Accident frequency and severity measure: Report incidents and near misses to management promptly Prompt return to work Inventory Accuracy -- ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound receipts, inventory adjustments and shipment processing. Research inventory discrepancies and errors. Timeliness and accuracy of reporting inventory discrepancies and adjustments. Periodic inventory cycle counts and reconciliation Blind receiver completed and verified against Bill of Lading and entered into SAP system Prepare and maintain document files (i.e. BOL, Seal Log, Inspection sheets, Training docs, etc.) Accurate maintenance of all receipt and shipment related documentation Drive a safe culture and wear PPE as required in the performance of your job Completed 8 H&S training hours.
