Which missions will you lead? Manage Allocation products monitoring (Drive the customer request, prioritization, etc…). Handle escalations on a timely manner and provide with the best answer & resolutions to customers and suppliers. Manage Complaints & prevent bigger escalation (CR’s), Exceptions, Data Issues Transportation & Customs Queries. Support Field Services planners with supply chain information. Coordinate with planning for the inventory availability. Follow, Generate & release Purchase Orders to suppliers. Coordinate the deliveries with the Supply Chain Network (warehouses/Plants) following information from SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) Leader. Monitor the allocation portfolio by the E2E (end to end) control tower and other local/internal tools. Responsible for accurate logistics information to guarantee the success of deliveries. Optimization and development of the Allocation management processes. What are the qualifications we are looking for? Education: Master’s degree/Engineer with the specialization in Supply Chain Work experience: Internship or similar within Supply Chain: Planning and /or Logistics execution. Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills ERP knowledge: SAP / Oracle Requested languages: English Fluent Personal abilities or skills: Resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, continuous improvement.
