The Opportunity
As part of the United States National Tax Practice Mergers and Acquisitions team you are expected to manage consulting engagements involving partnership M&A, private equity, and post-deal integration. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and identifying opportunities while embracing technology and innovation.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master&
39;s degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Accounting.

The salary range for this position is: $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
