Cementing is an integral part of Pressure Pumping that lays the foundation of well construction. As we prepare for a resurgence in the Oil & Gas space we are leading the way in designing the latest chemistries and equipment for the cementing domain for now and the evolving future. We are looking for an Unit Placement and Rig Integration Manager, who will be responsible for:

• Interacting with Rig Operators to handle cement unit placement, removal and long term planning on alignment with Rig Activity.

• Developing vertical integration with Rig operators for other Pressure Pumping activities.

• Delivering presentations to the Top and Senior Leadership in regard to Pressure Pumping related Rig Operator based issues.

• Engaging in complex long-term processes with important clients.

• Analyzing and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

• Managing the operational and fiscal activities of the project to include: staffing levels, budgets and financial goals.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor& 39;s degree in engineering or sciences.

• Have proven project management track record within the oil & gas industry

• Have project management abilities, preferably in rig operations

• Have a good oral and written communication skills

• Have a good interpersonal and leadership skills

• Have ability to analyze and resolve problems

• Have knowledge/experience with working in rig operators organization or closely with rig operators

• Have availability to business travel, it will be required for both domestic and international locations - expected 30% a 40% time travel
