Summary: The Patient Operations Training Specialist is responsible for supporting training initiatives for internal team members, external partners and a global network of Apheresis Centers used for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) Clinical and Commercial Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies. This role partners with multiple functions within Patient Operations to coordinate trainings, create and revise training materials, and lead trainings. This role will be based out of our corporate offices in Seattle, WA. Travel up to 5% of the time may be required Responsibilities: Support the execution of global Patient Operations Training team mission, goals, and plans globally. Enhance the new hire onboarding curriculum and work with hiring managers to effectively and timely onboard all new hires globally. Coordinate new hire onboarding for Global Patient Operations. Facilitate training sessions. Analyze training associated metrics. Coordinate Apheresis Collection Training (ACT) sessions and ACT train the trainer sessions. Support other team members with designing and producing engaging and adaptive learning solutions for both internal and external global stakeholders in a variety of formats, such as online, mobile, and in-person. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree: ideally in life sciences is required Minimum of 2 years of training experience is required; minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment Expertise in adult learning principles Experience building content and leading training sessions in a variety of locations, and with remote virtual learning environments is required Skills in creating metrics to measure the quality of training Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet Proficient in training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia Ability to prioritize and complete work with a sense of urgency based on criticality Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards Customer-focused relationship skills Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
