Who are we hiring? Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Procurement, the Manager Procurement Systems leads all activities related to Procurement systems support, processes, training, analytics and reporting, communications, value creation activities tracking and other initiatives that will help achieve the objective of developing a best in class Procurement Department.   What will you do? • Provide daily support as the main contact for internal users of the Procurement systems, including but not limited to Eatec, Coupa and ServiceNow. • Develop & maintain end user system training materials and conduct user training when required to ensure consistency and adherence to procurement and company processes • Create & maintain internal and web hosted items and catalogs to ensure end user accessibility, and accurate purchasing information (i.e. item , pricing, terms, and conditions etc.) • Ensure end user adherence to all company purchasing policies and procedures, testing, etc. • Responsible for the development and communication of procurement systems standard operating procedures, compliance reporting (audits), and system testing • Track and report on spend, savings, supply risk, supplier performance and other key performance metrics as required • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support MSG’s Supplier Inclusion initiatives as the systems lead. • Other responsibilities and duties as required What do you need to succeed? • BS/BA required. Finance or Supply Chain degree preferred • At least five (5) years’ experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform as a Power User • Experience with Coupa preferred, F&B systems a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Excellent skills in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Process driven individual with excellent communication skills • Team orientated individual with excellent problem-solving skills Why is MSG for me?
