The prime candidate for this position is: Service focused and responsive to customer needs Committed to excellence Actively able to cross sell bank products & Services to fit customer needs Able to build relationships with customers and your team Have the ability to multitask RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide stellar customer service to all customers Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions Balance cash drawer Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments Know and actively cross sell bank products and services Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions Assist customers both in person and via phone Attention to detail The entry rate for this position is $17.00+/hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday 2-6 and up to two Saturdays per month 8:45-1:15 About You QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Customer Service Experience 18 years and older 1-year prior banking experience preferred Cash Handling Experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Ambitious and Self Motivated Goal Oriented and Driven to Succeed Ability to follow up with customers as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT: PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
