Join our team as a dynamic and experienced Field Service Engineer & Mechanical Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in supporting our steam turbine service operations. In this hybrid position, you will combine your technical troubleshooting skills with on-site mechanical supervision, ensuring the high-quality execution of maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning activities across various customer sites. How You'll Make an Impact

Technical Support

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostics for steam turbine systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and control aspects.
• Support the commissioning, performance testing, and tuning of steam turbines to ensure optimal operation.
• Interface with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare time schedules for planned activities, along with tools and personnel requirements.
• Create a list of required spare parts and perform on-site visual checks as needed, delivering technical assistance to field teams
• Review and check Siemens Energy mechanical and electronic tools before each outage.

Mechanical Supervision

• Lead and supervise field service teams during both planned and unplanned outages, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure the proper execution of disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of turbine components.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, crane/lifting teams, and customer representatives to facilitate operations.
