Turbine Performance Reporting Center, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility include data verification and the preparation of monthly reports. During this process, data is meticulously reviewed to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of Analysts
• Further development of process optimization, specialization and scope of activities
• Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external customers
• Securing high quality of customer service and reporting team& 39;s performance to the direct Manager
• Conducting recruitment and ensuring efficient induction of new employees

Qualifications

• Relevant previous experience as a team leader
• Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups of an organization
• Previous experience in process optimization and migration would be an asset
• Very good English and Polish skills, both verbally and in writing
