Siamo alla ricerca di un* Team Leader da inserire nel nostro Centro Supporto Clienti: una persona dinamica, curiosa, proattiva e con una forte attenzione al cliente, capace di guidare il team con energia e spirito collaborativo. What will you do: Coordinare un team di operatori di Customer Care, nella gestione di richieste di assistenza clienti in ambito amministrativo, logistico e di supporto tecnico. Collaborare con tutte le funzioni interne ed esterne coinvolte (es. Marketing, GSC, Sales), facilitando la comunicazione e intervenendo nella gestione di eventuali escalation operative. Garantire un’organizzazione efficace del carico di lavoro, monitorando l’andamento dei KPIs e proponendo piani d’azione per il miglioramento continuo. Guidare progetti di innovazione della funzione e/o dei processi aziendali, collaborando anche con team internazionali (la conoscenza dei principi Lean Office è un plus). Contribuire alla definizione e alla diffusione della strategia locale del Customer Care, in coerenza con quella Corporate. Supportare il processo di selezione, onboarding e crescita delle competenze dei nuovi ingressi. Promuovere lo sviluppo professionale, l’engagement e il benessere dei membri del team. Gestire le attività di Quality Assurance, analizzando le interazioni con i clienti per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e pianificare sessioni di coaching, training e aggiornamento delle procedure. Organizzare riunioni di allineamento e comunicare in modo efficace gli aggiornamenti aziendali. What will make you successful? Esperienza pregressa in ambito Customer Care/Customer Service, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati (plus conoscenza di Salesforce e SAP). Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale. Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel. Interesse e familiarità con strumenti e tecnologie di Intelligenza Artificiale. It's a plus: Competenze Lean Office e Project Management. Conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere oltre all’inglese.
