
The Role: Team Lead Development
The Team: A focused team of highly talented technologists, based in Stockholm, with strong skills across technology; development, UI, devops, testing, automation. The team is empowered and expected to make the technical decisions needed to deliver robust, great-looking products that meet customer needs, and they work closely with other parts of the organisation to achieve this. Everyone on the team is responsible for all parts of the system being built, run, and supported, making it an ideal place for a leader who wants to expand their own technical skillset as well as grow as a leader by coaching team members. The team values learning from and supporting each other in order to benefit from our different strengths and experiences. The team is responsible for designing, building, running and supporting several products within the Trade Lifecycle division.
The Impact: The team lead plays an important role in the success of the company, both directly through the achievements, learning and improvements of their own team, but also by driving change in tools and processes used in other parts of the technology organisation as well as by creating and facilitating cross-team collaborations. The lead will directly contribute to building the product, delivering code together with the Team.

Responsibilities:
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment which embodies the company culture
Take technical ownership of the products built, run, and supported by the team
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals and team to achieve their goals
Create and ensure adherence to coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
Manage tech partnerships with internal & external vendors
Schedule and participate in the on call support
What We’re Looking For:
Strong development skills (architecting/designing/building)
Strong ownership and responsibility traits
Wide experience from working in software development teams
Excellent communication skills
Business mindedness and a solution-oriented mindset
An aptitude and willingness to improve yourself and others
Someone who will work from the office at least 3 days per week
7& 43; years of software development experience
We’d Also Prefer It if You Have:
A proven track record of managing a small team
Experience in leading at least one technical project
An interest in financial markets
Experience with Elm (Frontend)
