The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you lead efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing business process and technology solutions for large scale capital projects and programs. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining top standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. - Master of Business Administration in Construction Management, Engineering Science, Engineering Science and Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred
- Understanding issues in Engineering & Construction, Power and Utilities
