Qualifications JOB DESCRIPTION: The Nursing Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating nursing care throughout the hospital for a defined shift. The Supervisor works in conjunction with the Department Directors and Chief Nurse Executive to ensure continuous delivery of quality patient care throughout the building. Has a thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, ACHA, AOA, and the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by Texas State Board of Nursing 5 years clinical experience in acute care hospitals.
