It is the essence of how we interact and work—it’s how things get done at BlueCrest. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Service Print Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, as well as a deep understanding of production printing technologies and processes. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's ability to deliver high-quality printing support and services to our customers. Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Print Engineering team, including project scheduling, staffing, and training. * Work closely with field service management, technicians, and support staff. * Ensure print install base remains at supportable versions and levels. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the group. * Provide technical support to customers on the use of production printers. * Support internal and external project managers during equipment installation projects. * Deliver a proactive relationship approach with our print partners. * Effective use of CRM system for managing and maintaining production print service data, invoicing and reporting. * Stay up to date on the latest production printing technologies and trends. * Evolve and grow team capabilities through performance management. * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as graphic arts, printing technology, or business administration. * 5+ years of experience in production printing, including at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. * Proven ability to manage and motivate teams. * Strong technical skills in production printing technologies and processes. * Communicates complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborates effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
