About the Role As a Supervisor, you will manage the performance and success of a team of associates. You will collaborate with leadership and act as an SME. Responsibilities Providing team leadership, recognition, promote motivation, and implementing incentive programs Conducting call quality on Customer Service Rep phone calls and/or emails and providing effective feedback Responding to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone and/or email as needed, including escalated customer situations Interacting directly with client (PennDOT) in person as well as via telephone and email Developing and evaluating coaching/development plans including project development Writing and conducting annual performance appraisals; administering disciplinary action as necessary Planning, facilitating, and leading team meetings Requirements Able to lead a customer experience team with a minimum of two years experience Able to deal with angry or upset customers, neutralize calls toward resolution Able to be proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
