Subsea Specialist within
Eni Ghana. You will be responsible for supporting the Technical team in supervising and managing subsea system installations, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining safe working conditions.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:
- Maintain the efficiency of production subsea control systems
- Optimise flow assurance across the subsea network
- Oversee testing of subsea assets and well integrity
- Adhere to all safety and environmental protection procedures
- Supervise plant process parameters to meet product specifications
- Carry out activities in compliance with safety protocols
- Follow environmental protection standards in all operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to subsea equipment
Skills and experience required:
- Technical High School qualification or Diploma.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Significant experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in subsea operations.
- Offshore survival course.
- Specialist Knowledge: Engineering expertise relevant to the specialist activity.
- Organization Processes: Feedback development and dissemination; Technical audits and design reviews; Site management.
- Compliance: Familiarity with local, national, and international standards and codes.
- Construction & Installation: FAT testing and integration testing ; Installation and offshore supervision; Plant construction; Control system knowledge; Inspection, control, and testing techniques.
- Production System Design : Production system design; Subsea R&D and deep-water R&D; Lifecycle design; Production system engineering.
- Project Management: Risk Management.
