Essential duties include but not limited to: Responsible for recruitment of assigned departments/positions Responsible for recruitment of Nursing positions, critical to fill, and management positions Facilitates the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers Assists hiring managers with posting requisitions to iCIMS and verifies appropriate approvals are entered Maintains current listing of open positions and applicant status Responsible for weekly/monthly recruitment reporting Serves as a member of the HR team supporting facility initiatives Assists with organizing recruitment open houses and off-site recruitment event Conduct reporting on market trends, cost per hire, vacancy rate, and hiring data.
