Origination, marketing, and sales of polymer products representing the front face of QatarEnergy to global clients.

• At least 8-10 years of professional work experience in Polymers marketing, sales management, customer relationship management and managing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the Polymers industry.
• Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets.
• Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation.
• Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected.
• Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to sales and marketing planning activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements

Bachelor's degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
