Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or a proven record of success with the following:
Accounting methods studies, revenue recognition issues, areas of deduction;
Experience preferred with ASC 740 and compliance;
Knowledge of inventory, including LIFO;
Identifying appropriate accounting methods, the tax analyses of timing of income, revenue and deductions, cost capitalization and revenue recognition;
Participating actively in client discussions and meetings; and,
Communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success researching business and industry trends by:
Developing a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals, considering opportunities across multiple lines of service.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities including experimentation with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; and,
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with pricing, client value and the negotiation process - including reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.
