Responsibilities You will be at the forefront of SodaStream’s transformation from a sparkling water brand to a full beverage platform, unlocking new growth and shaping the future of beverage consumption in the Benelux region. As Sales Manager you will lead our commercial agenda and accelerate Sodastream's growth across the region. This role is part of the EU North team, offering strong cross-market collaboration and visibility. You will work closely with regional stakeholders in sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align on commercial priorities and deliver against an ambitious growth agenda. This is a high-impact role for an experienced FMCG leader who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments and is passionate about changing how the world drinks. You will be empowered to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of key customer proposition, and shape the future of SodaStream’s strategy in a fast-evolving market. With full autonomy and visibility, you will be part of a purpose-driven team that values innovation, agility, and impact. Qualifications University degree or level of experience in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field <10 years of commercial and leadership experience FMCG Solid sales experience, understanding the commercial levers that drive performance Being able to partner internally and externally. Experience in managing customer relationships Entrepreneurial: sees trends and opportunities. Thinks outside of existing routes and limitations Strong analytical and influencing skills Experience with managing a sales team Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus) Differentiating competencies required: Strong negotiation skills Solid commercial acumen to manage both our internal operational agenda & customer growth objectives Ability to operate within a moving & growing agenda – Maximising new opportunities & concepts Ability to engage, mobilize and inspire customers & partners Strong communication & relationship building skills Entrepreneurial approach to deliver in the right way for PepsiCo
