For our Business Unit Service, we are looking for a Service Technician (f/m/x) for Troubleshooting and Maintenance activities.
How to contribute to our vision- Your main focus and responsibility is the maintenance and troubleshooting of offshore wind turbines within Europe
You perform, supervise, train and ensure safety cultures and behaviors within Service Offshore - You keep and maintain accurate logbooks, documentation and reports as required by company policy
- You supervise and conduct the training of new colleagues / 3rd party employees
- You ensure that work is conducted according to the defined workflow and work instructions
- You lead small teams and provide on the job training
- Your are willing to relocate to Germany (if necessary) and available to travel withing Europe
What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- You successfully completed an apprenticeship as electrical technician (e.g. electrician, industrial electronics, industrial electrician, mechatronics)
- You gained a sound working experience within the wind-industry; in the best case in the offshore
environment covering all aspects of the commissioning phase and service activities - You have experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance works
- You have knowledge of turbine technology on G4 platform and GWO offshore trainings
- You are willing and able to work offshore in shift patterns
- You have the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structural and self-dependent manner
- You like to work in multinational teams by bringing strong intercultural skills along
- You are able to communicate (speaking and writing) in English
