The Service Administrator is responsible for communicating with customers to ensure there is a clear understanding of the needs and expectations for each installation, repair or service project. Additionally, the service advisor works closely with the Service Manager, Service Administrator, & Service Foreman in creating documentation in SAP and coordinating scheduling of product and available labor.. Responsibilities: Great customers in a timely, friendly, manner. Gather information relating to customer service needs and expectations. Write up customer's equipment request accurately and clearly on a service input card, verify customer information, and obtain customer signature Perform vehicle in-coming inspection to ensure vehicle and equipment information is accurate in relation to the repair order. Establish
