In this role you will Lead the team in developing a strategy and an ambitious roadmap for your measurement and insights products aligned to Medical’s strategic objectives. Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life sciences, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or other analytically based degree or other STEM-related area preferred Extensive experience working in Data & Analytics (preferably within pharma space) Good depth of experience in data product management and data product development & project delivery experience Entrepreneurial flair to understand the business issues/commercial challenges in the market and to develop relevant data & analytics products & solutions to meet the needs of the commercial teams Extensive experience for in the acquisition, exploitation and management of enterprise data assets and ‘products’ in a large, complex organization Experience in developing and deploying core data driven marketing, commercial, R&D or Medical analytics packages in support of rational decision-making, personalization with a keen focus on rapid test & learn development, automation and simplification of information management.
